Users have the option to interact with CC by replying to the email or contacting the assistant via a dedicated address. Actions such as adding tasks, recording notes, or conducting searches can be performed. Additionally, CC gradually adapts to the user’s preferences, adjusting its responses accordingly.
Availability and access
For now, the service is exclusive to the United States and Canada. It is accessible only to users aged 18 and over with a personal Google account. Google Workspace users cannot benefit from it yet. AI Pro and Ultra subscribers have priority on the waiting list, allowing them to test the assistant’s features before others.
Enrollment in this experiment is voluntary and requires the activation of Workspace’s “Smart Settings.” Users have the freedom to leave the program at any time if they wish.
Integration and automation
